K	K.T. Addo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Getting over utilized. Too many people, too many parents and grandparents, wash areas too wet and dirty. The list is long. Thankfully, the city is building a new complex. But in the meantime, much could be done to keep this one in better shape. The pool needs some adult supervisors who could control overbearing parents who won't get off the pool side, etc
J	Jorden Boi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please add proper male change rooms. There is only one and the only cover is a flimsy curtains, but the pool is absolutely incredible. I love the diving boards and the skating rinks are great.

I dropped my gold chain in the pool and didn’t realize until later in the night. I was positive I dropped it in the pool and went back the next day to check. I was pleasantly surprised that they not only found it but kept it safe at the front desk for owner to claim. Jenna Koutroliotis at the front desk was super helpful. Finding the gold chain on very next day not only shows the honesty & care for people but also clearly states that pool is well maintained & cleaned almost daily. Thanks Jenna and rest of the staff. Cheers!

PLEASE MAKE a POLICY for EVERYONE to SHOWER before entering the pool! Kids don't and their parents don't emphasize! If this comes from the instructors then they might listen!!
s	su tri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Swimming Instructors need to have better efforts on teaching kids. The member's don't have any respect at the parking lot.. They suddenly stop at the entrance to pick up/drop off children. If cars are driving behind,they just don't care.
F	Faye Bahrami on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some swimming instructors don't know what they're doing! With little or no experience, they are not very productive! Or they just don't care! It takes ages until you see some satisfying improvements in your child's swimming skills, since in each session they get to practice one or two moves in half an hour shared between 4 or 5 children! The smell of chlorine is horrible some days!
