Unfortunately due to bad leadership in my opinion it has not been good I hope in the coming years with the half a billion dollars that they got from the provincial and federal government for the housing crisis fund of canada ...they make new housing for people that need it In my life time I hope I see miss forte again .... Ms Linton has served her community with dignity and respect...

Non judgmental, courteous, helpful, respectful and considerate are only a frw words I would use to accurately describe the wonderful people that work here . I believe they are volunteers for the most part but regadless they are doing a great service to the community , the city and the human race . Its nice to see human compassion still exsists and is alive Thanks Woodgreen !This is a great place to go if you are homeless , need advice or knowledge of where u can go if you are hungry, cold, mistreated or put out. I was fortunate to share a Thanksgiving meal with these people and the work they do is amazing , however unfortunately goes un noticed fo the most part . I say if you're in a position to donate and help out DO IT!! This is a very worthwhile cause helping those less fortunste in our community.

It is a community service that doesn't have power to help homeless. I have given up since my last visit. They should learn how give a good service to clients. Ask them what they need; and at least give them useful advice. It is a walk in office, the receptionist does not give helpful information; it seems they just want to get rid of people.
