Woodchuck Flooring was by far the best! Dealt with Jamie at Woodchuck - he was knowledgeable, professional, provided unbeatable pricing and quick to respond to all questions and concerns. It made the purchase and our decision easy from start to finish and without hesitation! I would highly recommend these guys on your next flooring project.

Will not accept responsibility for miscalculation of required material based of presented floor plan. As an alternative sales staff suggested "to sell on kijiji" nonexistent customer service in 2021...

We had an idea of what we were looking for, but with a little advice on the types available to us, we found a better finish for our floors. Pricing was competitive, service was excellent, and delivery was on time. Completely satisfied and would use them again.

He went far beyond normal customer service to keep me informed when the manufacturer had an issue, found me a better floor than I originally ordered and still met my delivery date!!!!
The entire team at the Scarborough location was wonderful. Thanks guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you want lobster go to a seafood store. Want steak, go to a butcher. You want honest service, advice and trusted products in the wood flooring industry, go to Woodchuck flooring. They are competitively priced and I find they beat everyone when it comes to quality. Quick story, Mark stayed beyond the closing time to supply me with some flooring nails. Thanks Mark for being there during this pandemic where many of the other wood flooring stores have not been reliable.

I appreciate their in store recommendations and places they've referred me to around town. I'm not a fan of reno's but now I know where to go if I start a new project.
