★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to be best price flooring in town but not anymore. The girls in the front desk just chitchat, don’t pay attention, have not enough knowledge what they sell, yet they’re rude. There used to be a guy named Husain, super nice, professional and knowledgeable, he was always willing to help but I don’t see him anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The 2 Hispanic girls that work at reception (specifically on Feb 11th) have zero customer service skills and do not wish to interact with customers whatsoever. They were just laughing and talking to each other the whole time. I came to buy a lot of flooring material but had to leave as no assistance was given.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently bought Engineering wood and other stuff from here for my house renovation , the quality and color both are ugly, and there is two full boxes were left over, and they refuse to refund. I though they will have the same return policy like HomeDepot or Rona like 3months, but they only have 1 month and there is only 2 days is passed. So be careful buy something from them, it's better to spend little more from the big store and you will have the guarantee for the quality and return policy. I would never come to here buy anything again and i would give 0 star for them if there is such option available.

Even though the second job was a smaller one, which no other vendor wanted to take, they did take it. They are considerate to your needs and work with your schedule.
