★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't be dissuaded by the tight weekend hours. Make the trip and enjoy this remote outpost. I love to go on sunny days BUT the fires outside in the winter make it an awesome spot to warm up. Big, bold, and bitter brews, don't expect a lot of low ABV options. The sleeper hits are their fruity sours though!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Opened on June 1 to the public and what a treat to be there opening day. Great atmosphere, bilingual staff and most important fantastic beer. Allowed to walk around and see the whole process, brewers on hand to talk beer and future projects. Worth the drive from Ottawa!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing Hazy NEIPAS here and well worth the drive. Friendly knowledgeable staff to help in your choices as well as an outdoor kitchen that had pizza and Duck fat French fries when we visited. Plenty of seating available inside as well as a covered heated area. There's also an lovely outdoor area with a firepit for when the weather gets warmer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great atmosphere. Plenty of outdoor seating with fire pits. Offering up about 8 beers on tap. NEIPA focused, but they did have a Berliner when we were there. Get there early if you are looking to get some takeaway cans.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Canada's Best Brewery? It would be tough to argue against this for sure. I'm over 8000 Untapped checkins and still get excited when I can get my mittens on Wood Brothers beer. Obviously the beer to pinnacle stuff, but having met the owners during 'off peak' hours they are truly great people.
Natasha has gone the extra mile a few times to make sure I got the beers I needed / wanted.
Looking forward to some patio time this summer.

The food truck serves the best fries I’ve had on this continent. The people who work here are helpful, kind, and wonderful. Do yourself a favour and take the time to relax here for a few.

If you're looking at this review.. you probably already know how wonderful this place is... if you're planning on going for the first time.. I hope you're already in your car on the way.. The owners, brewers, and workers are great to talk to. They've got a great knowledge of all the best beer and brewers in southern ontario!
