Today, during COVID, we received a letter threatening action if a relayively marginal balance on account isn't paid in full within 5 days. Way to show cooperation and compassion to your regulars during these tough times :(

Employee pointed to areas of store for me to look for items. Thanks for nothing. Already did that. Left the store ASAP. Guess my purchase was to nominal to get help.
