Unbelievably, they were able to come out the same day that I called to replace a tank that was very old, inefficient, and likely dangerous. Tom was great! When I had called a competitor to do the same job, I got the total run around. It was clear that they didn't want to do the job and then told me that their company had the "only gas fitters on the Island." They clearly aren't. Don't waste your time with the other guys (they don't answer their phones anyway and it takes two weeks to respond to emails).

I own a restaurant that relies heavily on my propane deep fryers functioning properly and safely. I experienced a few breakdowns with my fryers this season and needed immediate help. Every hour that my equipment is down costs $$. Their front desk support is caring and helpful. They dispatched a tech, even though it was after hours/holiday. Tom, the tech, was always courteous and professional and solved my problems efficiently. I would highly recommend for any propane or heating needs.
