★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am really disappointed that we have such poor service for a company that touts its customer service so highly. I’ve called 7 times and as soon as the clock turned 4:00 pm ( closing time ) I was suddenly able to get through all the prompts only to be put on hold. Just to be sure I waited futilely, for 15 minutes before hanging up in anger. My reason for calling in the first place? They drove right by our bins without stopping.
