★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai passé depuis trois semaines à chaque fois 45 minutes au téléphone, j'avais canceller comme à chaque année depuis 9 ans le service durant l'hiver car nous sommes fermé. J'ai réacitvé le service il y a trois semaines. Je reçois un compte au montant de $1545.00.. Et que mon service est suspendu!!! Pour le mois de Décembre, Janvier, Février, Mars, Avril pour non paiement . Heu? J'étais fermé!!! Je me bats depuis pour ré-activé mon compte, tous les employés à qui j'ai parlé me dise que tout est inscrit à mon dossier, mais ça prend une personne pour faire entre sur l'ordi et elle le fait pas. Malgré que ses messages confirme que j'avais annulé le 1 Décembre. J'ai d'autre chose.à faire que de gérer des vidanges. Mon bac est plein depuis trois semaines. Et le pire c'est qu'il vont m'envoyer une facture pour le mois de Mai. Je tiens à mentionner par contre que à tous les employés à qui j'ai parlé comprenait ma situation mais ils ont les mains liés.

Despite that his messages confirm that I had canceled on December 1. I have other things to do than manage oil changes. My bin has been full for three weeks. And the worst part is that they will send me an invoice for the month of May. I do want to mention, however, that everyone I spoke to understood my situation, but their hands are tied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On a pris la peine d'appeler pour se faire dire qu'ils étaient ouverts jusqu'à 13h le samedi. Une fois arrivés, il n'y a absolument personne, on essaie de rappeler, personne ne répond. Vous êtes chanceux qu'on ne soit pas mal intentionnés, on aurait pu juste jeter nos déchets n'importe où et partir. Extrêmement déçu par votre compagnie et fâché d'avoir perdu mon temps. Je ne recommande aucunement.
