β β β β β Wonderful little local game store. The staff are very friendly. I'm just getting back into magic after more then a decade hiatus, I came in at 12:30 on a Saturday to play standard and there was nobody really there so one of the staff came and played. I found out my decks are considered modern now but he didn't care and we just casually played. They even offered to come in and give them a budget so we could build a standard deck together which is pretty cool.
Parking can be a bit of a challenge because of the relatively small parking lot and being right in the same building as remedy cafe.
Overall I would highly recommend this local game store to anybody.

β β β β β This is my comic shop in Edmonton because the staff is fantastic. They make an effort to get to know you and put aside recommendations. The vibe in the store is chill, fun, and helpful. They have older back issues if you are looking for older series and up to date comics as well. Iβve recommend this shop to many friends because of the staff. They make you feel welcomed and like you are one the gang.

β β β β β Amazing selection of comics, Magic the Gathering cards, dice, and other games. However, I did not hear the staff say hello and out of 4 guys standing around, not one of them offered assistance with finding anything. The dog that was in the store was more friendly than them.

β β β β β This has been my local shop for many years and Iβve always had a great experience. Friendly but not too pushy staff and a wonderful atmosphere. And contrary to another review the prices on PokΓ©mon (and Magic The Gathering) are equal or better than certain big box stores and definitely better selection at a local LGS.

β β β β β They have a huge selection of single issues (both old and new), lots of graphic novels, and also lots of magic cards. The staff were friendly and helpful, in their old location I found them to be rude and stand offish. My recent visit was much better than previous ones.

β β β β β The staff is friendly and approachable. This location is much larger than the old location where the Garneau medical office resides now. Tons of selection for comics, game cards and books. Parking is limited, so I suggest coming on a weekend or taking ets during the week. There is a bus stop right in front of the remedy, and university LRT stop is not far. There are plenty of $1 comic books if you are on a tight budget. I'd suggest picking up one of the cool super hero busts as well.
If you are hanging out on Whyte, then it's worth dropping by and playing the arcade games and pinball. Keep the niche pop culture shops alive amid the big corporate and digital age. Cheers!

The staff have always been friendly and helpful no matter how many visits I've been.
Highly recommend.
