About The Time Vault
The health and safety of the Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG community is our top priority. Because of recommendations against large gatherings by the Center for Disease Control (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), as well as various state and local governments, we feel that it is in everyone's best interest to modify the Lightning Overdrive (LIOV) Premiere! to a Pre-release Event.
The Pre-release will still be held on Saturday, May 29th and Sunday, May 30th during regular business hours.
Collect cards before their official release at the Lightning Overdrive Premiere! Pre-release Event. Every Duelist who purchases a minimum of 5 packs will receive a Field Center Card* with their purchase, and be entered into a drawing to win exclusive prizes including a Game Mat* and an Ultra Rare Card*!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time visiting, but Joah was super friendly and helped me find what I was looking for. Definitely worth the trip, but the prices do feel a bit over-inflated. I hope as stock increases, they drive down their prices, because otherwise I doubt I'll buy product from them in the future. The tournaments they run seem to be good, but I can never attend them due to scheduling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its the best place to go for duels of any kind. I typialy go tuesdays for casual tournaments for yugioh on tuesdays and everyone there is super friendly! Its a great place to meet new people and see what people play in their decks, and id say the decks certainly match the personalities! For a good time and to find cards you're looking for (they have it all) there's no better place then Time Vault :)

Along with a safe place to play Remote Duels and an inclusive online community, We try our very best and love that we have been granted such a wonderful opportunity to help others in this life discover our amazing cards!
I still think we are at 1-star as we need to work on organizing our cards and showcasing them properly as though they were a trophy case in a prominent Athletic High School. There has been some great support thus far from our community, those that love us really love us! We are blessed to have so many good people around us. Every day is a hard day and offers great rewards to meet and share with wonderful individuals.

Joah, one of the workers there, was very helpful and most importantly had great communication in regards to what could be done with a potentially defective product. He was timely in responses and empathetic throughout. Very professional.
One of the few stores that carry Weiss Schwarz products. I would highly recommend giving them your business!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I meant to post a review a few weeks ago. On January 21, the release of the Digimon classic collection booster box, I inquired about purchasing 2 boxes around 6pm in the evening. When I called, the employee seemed very unfriendly on the phone and annoyed when I had asked questions about their stock vs the website. I was told to order online because by the time I get there someone could buy them, sure that’s fair enough. I ordered and then immediately went to the store, when I entered no one was around accept one customer who had to yell in the back to get the employee to come out and help me. I said, “I’m here to pick up the classic collection boxes that I ordered online.” He said, “I doubt it, we don’t have any.” I said, “I just ordered online and your site said you had 2.” He said, “Are you sure?”
He asked for my name I got my boxes and walked out. It was a strange interaction, the customer service was not there. Maybe he was having a bad day, I don’t know, but it was a horrible first impression and I haven’t been back.
Other than the customer service the store was cool and I got my cards so I think 3 stars makes sense. I read some reviews and it seems the owner might be pleasant but he may want to find people as passionate as him to look after his store.
