★ ★ ★ ★ ★ wiz tech has terrible service bought 3 zoom ones for my car wash and they have been giving me issues by not always working when you tap a card or phone and they work when they want bought in august 2021 and my screen on one of them are dead worst investment from them i have ever done for my company

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just want to say that as far as customer service is concerned, this company is #1. Louis and Niko are top notch for their patience and persistence when it comes to diagnosing issues and doing their very best to ensure a smooth transition if an issue arises. We have had this system in place since the end of 2019 and have had only one major issue which was a hardware problem and not related at all to the system or the service provided.
I would very much recommend this provider for anyone looking for a POS system that is both reliable and nearly seamless in installing. The system is supremely user friendly and the technicians are always available if you have questions or need help.
