★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased my 2016 Nissan Rogue from Lebada Motors a couple years ago (that was great). Started to experience clunking noises. Took my car to Witmer auto service as recommended by my warranty company. Turned out I needed A control arm replaced, no problem. They repaired the issue, I picked the vehicle up same day a couple hours later after first telling me nothing was wrong. I then noticed that my alignment was off. When I had my steering wheel straight, my car would go significantly to the left. I called back a few days later and was told that they did not do an alignment because it wasn’t covered under my warranty. Ok that’s fine- but why wouldn’t you even ask me if I would like one done if it’s recommended? I’ve now taken my car to a local shop and had it done and paid the full amount which I would have done to begin with as it would’ve prevented future issues. Because I was not offered or told about this (when I have been told by multiple shops now) that I should have been, my tires now have wear where they shouldn’t and I’ll have to replace them sooner. Extremely disappointed.
