★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I first started seeing Suzanne early last year after suffering from regular panic attacks. I felt at ease from the moment I met her. She explained her area of expertise and the various treatment options she offers. Suzanne's unique therapy of talk, Neurofeedback, and EMDR, helped to significantly decrease my panic attacks and change my negative thought patterns. She is a natural empath who genuinely cares about her clients AND she provides neurofeedback sessions. I can attest to positive changes in my life because of my visits with Suzanne and I strongly recommend her services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A friend of mine recommended I see Suzanne because I suffer from extreme anxiety and insomnia, and at times this is very crippling to me.
Over the past four months or so, Suzanne has provided me with a combination of Neurofeedback and counselling services. I was able to recognize drastic positive changes within just a couple of weeks into working with her, and for the first time in years I am feeling positive and hopeful that I am able to work through my anxiety. She is the easiest person to talk to, and she is incredibly kind, generous, and supportive. In summary, I am tremendously grateful to have found a therapist that has made this difference in my life, and I would without a doubt recommend anyone and everyone to start seeing Suzanne.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All I can say is that Suzanne helped me through one of the most darkest periods of my life. Suzanne is kind, gentle, and usually bang on with what is going on in your life. She goes above and beyond to help her clients, at least in my case, and made me feel that she had my back while I had to deal with so much trauma of a toxic divorce and barely seeing my two young girls for almost 1-year. I could not have made it through to the sunny side without Suzanne!!!!

It helped me work through past traumas and lessened my feelings of anxiety. I also started sleeping better after the first session, and this continued throughout the two months. Suzanne and her team were responsive and helpful, making the experience even more positive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I started seeing Suzanne Wiseman for EMDR several months ago when I was searching for neurofeedback providers. I always wanted to try EMDR to help heal my trauma on a deeper level, but at the time I still hadn’t found an EMDR trained therapist that I resonated with, and for a complex trauma survivor, trusting your therapist is essential for the healing process. From our very first conversation, Suzanne made me feel safe, seen, are cared for in her presence. During our EMDR sessions I was able to process my childhood traumas with her and liberate myself from the deep emotional pain that I had carried for most of my adult life. What I enjoyed most about working with her was how she always approached me with compassion and non-judgment. I was able to open up to her and share my truth with vulnerability- something I wasn’t used to, being a mental health professional myself. I am a trauma recovery coach, and so I am used to being the one holding space for others, not typically the other way around. She made me feel comfortable being on the other side of the screen. Suzanne is a highly skilled EMDR practitioner and psychotherapist and I would recommend her to anyone who suffers from the devastating effects of trauma. I also plan on recommending her exclusively to my clients who would benefit from seeking out therapy and:or EMDR.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Suzanne is absolutely lovely and I have felt the difference our sessions brought me within two months of seeing her, I also rented the neurofeedback system for a month and feel so much more balanced emotionally and anxiety-wise. I was just travelling through Canada here for two months and despite her busy schedule Suzanne managed to squeeze me in, which I so appreciate. She is very warm, kind and just lovely that it was easy to open up to her. Thank you Suzanne for making such a difference for me. It is funny how certain events can result in trauma and how this trauma affects us, if it is something you are thinking of exploring I can say with confidence EMDR is the way to go.
