Dr. Sood, Ashley, Kevin, Dalia have helped me considerably with my treatment and are a great group to have in my corner. I'm very fortunate to have come here for my treatment. They obviously love their job and it shows. Thanks Activa Clinics Team East!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UPDATE: while they contacted me to resolve the first issue, they said they would leave on file a complimentary massage session. I called to schedule this massage session and they said it wasn’t a massage, it was a complimentary physio session. Not understanding why I would need that when I’ve never done physio with them. Just alot of miscommunication. It’s quite disappointing

They contacted me to resolve the issue and all is good now! I’m glad that they followed up and were able to assist me.

Wow!! I am very disappointed in the customer service they provide. I was last there in February and at the end of my massage I wanted to pay the difference that was not covered by my insurance plan, because the girl didn’t know how to use cash she said next time you come in pay for it then. Obviously I haven’t been back because the pandemic.. they sent me to collections to pay the fee. Not even an attempt to contact me to pay the bill, just straight to collections. I will be there on Monday to pay my remaining amount and I will not return!! What a horrible experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received immediate attention on my first visit to inquire about treatment. The staff are very friendly and efficient. My physiotherapist, Jean, is very professional and with her care I have been improving greatly after my 4th weekly visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The clinic has been very helpful in getting me back to normal after my accident. Dr. Sood offers great exercise recommendations and performs body adjustments based on your comfort level. The staff is awesome and goes out of their way to make sure you feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend people to use this clinic.

Friendly and knowledgeable stuff from receptionist Shraddha always welcoming clients with a smile to the queen of acupuncture Daria and chiropractor Dr. Sood making you feel at your best and giving stellar helpful tips.
