โ โ โ โ โ Paid this company and they never even processed my taxes, all they say is "oh it mus t have fallen off our plate.." Not very professional.. A few years before they did the same thing to my father. Last time i ever use their sevices.

โ โ โ โ โ Again if there was a way to put zero stars I would have. Doesn't know how to return client inquires promptly, claims to do work that clearly wasn't done. Blames staff regularly for tardiness. Doesn't provide sound advice and direction.

โ โ โ โ โ Quite familiar with this agency. After they did my Mom's books for 10ish years, I took a look and found all kinds of CRA errors. When I asked for explanations, I got none. Apparently there was an outstanding amount due to Wise (from my Mom), so after I contacted them, they sent me three different notices with three separate amounts with no details. When I asked for an itemized statement with a consistent amount, they sent the debt to collections. Very professional.
