I went because they said they could help me with my late common law husband taxes.... they were horrendous. The man working there I believe his name was john was TERRIBLE
Very insensitive. I left in tears.
I will NEVER return there.
The lady at the desk was nice. So maybe one star is for her.
Him.... he should not be ever taking clients on that need any kind of compassion or any files where it is not straight forward.
I hope he gets canned

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very pleased with the accountant who did my taxes! She explained things well, was thorough, patient/kind and even gave me some tips. Kudos to her! The front end staff were friendly, maybe a little lack of communication at times, but a nice atmosphere. Overall I had a good experience, would not hesitate in recommending them and will defintely be going back next year to the same accountant.
