★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought our very first trailer privately in Nov 2020. We parked it for the winter and opened it up in the spring. When we opened up the awning we started to notice some issues with the arms. I searched everywhere online for replacement parts and found absolutely nothing. I contacted Winter Trailer Sales to look into a whole new awning. I was contacted promptly and was given options and pricing on new awnings. I had also contacted multiple dealers between Belleville and Gananoque with very little help whatsoever and was even told by one dealer that it couldn't be done because a different brand wouldn't fit on my trailer. ?
Nylene from Winter's was the only person that seemed to be interested in taking my money. They ordered in the awning we agreed on, it came quicker than we imagined it would and was installed in a day. While it was there I also got them to install a new porch light and they brought to my attention another small detail that should be fixed on one of the sidewalls. They explained to me how to fix the issue and didn't even hint at the option of them doing the work to get more money out of me. I decided at that point to offer them the option of doing the work and they decided to do the small fix for me.
I definitely can't say enough good things about this transaction and how great they were to deal with. I will always be calling Winter Trailer Sales to do any more work I need or when we purchase a new trailer they will be the place I go for that as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did not purchase a trailer here, but I did buy a used trailer that originally came from this dealership. I found out there was an issue with the warranty paperwork when it was first purchased. I called them and asked them if they could update it with Keystone. They were under no obligation to help me (and I was sure they would brush me off), but instead they immediately fixed the paperwork and sent it to Keystone. If they are willing to do this for a non-customer, I am sure their customer service for paying customers is excellent.
