S	Serge Carriere on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just moved from Ottawa last month and it cost a dollar more a ride there. There there are only 4 busses run after midnight in the entire city. They stop even earlier on Saturdays. The telebus here is linked to gpses...awesome. There they only go by scheduled times so why bother calling if its posted. I do however criticize the cleanliness of the busses here. As well, since they run less frequently here, the transfers should be good a little longer. And all night after 9 or 10.

That is until you rely on it, the auto-refill stops working, and there is only one place downtown that is able to refill it, but it's man operated and closes by 5. So now I'm stuck downtown with no cash, no pass, and no way to get home, and a bus driver who couldn't give a care. The technology is a decade old, but some short-sighted director can't even install the right system. Disruptions happen. But this is a flawed system by design.
D	Dave Robinson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Transit service sucks in general. With all the money going into service, we as passengers have to wait for invisible busses. Busses don't show up, and the drivers are so rude. 5 cent increase equals to about 200k a month. Where is this money going? More busses need to be put on routes (not) leaving downtown during rush hour but going to downtown. Today I saw four 15 Sargent's back to back leaving downtown. They weren't even close to being full!!!
A	Antonella Minenna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Downtown lights are not syncronized. 2. Cars and buses obstructing intersections in downtown. So no one can get by. 3. No diamond lane designation for Portage Ave. 4. It takes me two hours for a 40 minutes bus ride to get home. 5. Have cadets police the intersection and write tickets. Especially Portage at Memorial.

From staff at the call center being rude and rushing, to certain drivers showing up way before there supposed to and rushing me to the vehicle to leaving me stranded because they left early...and leaving me stranded when it was -42 degrees outside all because they didn't want to take the time to talk to me because i had a parcel from the post office...im legally blind, i have severely impaired motor skills and i also have impaired speech....I cannot run or walk fast like i used to i need a cane or a walker to get around...i cant see properly or speak clearly...this service calls themselves. "Handi-transit" for the handicapped...yet im continuesly left waiting for my ride, dealing with rude/impatient staff, and constantly get screwed when paying for my rides via the fare payment account...getting charged full fare of $2.70 when its supposed to be $2.35 and getting ripped off when they return my fare due to their mistakes...not getting back exactly what they took....i understand this is a service...but its ridiculous.
U	Uriah Waldner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just a real swell place to be. Make sure, besides all the bus drivers, to meet the great hvac guys as well as two IT guys on site. Also... Dont miss the wonderful mural in front office or the plants by the board room. Unfortunately still no cafeteria. I would advise packing a lunch or going into plant equipment's vending machines. UPDATE: Cafeteria opened, i am changing my star to 5
B	Bryan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A supervisor rudely told me to move from a loading zone and that it was her spot but I know for a fact supervisor parking is on the opposite side of the building. Most bus operators are great though.
