Saw a notice posted on the door to be 5 minutes early.There did not appearto be anyone at the establishment. No big deal. Due to covid restrictions, we are all having to adjust. I understand. I knocked on the door twice. No one came to the door. I phoned and left a message. No response. I emailed. No response. So, if I as a client don't cancel an appointment and just don't show up, I still get billed. If as an establishment, you don't show up, nothing? You should be billed for wasting my time. #notimpressed

I have been seeing her for years and have never been disappointed with her treatments especially with rapid. Recently she introduced me to Yvonne to help with a long term hip and back pain problem. After just one session I was shocked to feel almost pain free and experience relief that I thought was impossible. Yvonne has a different technique and approach but I knew right from the start that she has a lot of experience and was able to properly diagnose and treat my pain. I can't wait for my next session with Yvonne, it's exciting to know that results are possible this fast! Thank you!

We talked about anything and everything, then I mentioned my pain and he mentioned his and how he and his wife went to Winnipeg Mind And Body Massage Therapy. So I did call and booked an appointment with Rosalie. She is incredible, I never met a person so passionate about her work. She is very knowledgeable, very accommodating and just a great person to know. She's very client focused, I love the appointment reminders :). I believe she has done more for me in the short time I have been seeing her and will continue on with this treatment with Rosalie or any of her staff. I tell her how grateful I am for the treatment I receive each and every time I go there. With rapid I feel the pain but feel GREAT afterwards, I am so happy with my treatments. Thank you Rosalie, keep up the GREAT work and never lose the passion for your job, you're amazing and your clients depend on it!!!

Idk how she does her job but the way she treats her client just couldn’t bring myself to go. Really bad experience whereas Sarah is the best… never had any problems with her been a regular customer from approximately 5 years but won’t be going back anymore due to applewhaite. Wouldn’t recommend anyone going with her.

Now, i’ve been constantly treated by Heather and she’s just as equally amazing as Rosalie! Heather knows exactly what my body needs and I always leave the clinic feeling so good after my treatment.
