They arrived promptly; were courteous went over the damage and assessment and began the clean up process including dehumidifiers and moving items. Bob and his team were great and communicated effectively. The final bill was very reasonsable and lower than another competitor. I would highly reccomend Winmafor restoration services.

Of course its thier job bur Winmar was at my house extremely quickly. And I will share they did a good job drying things out. The project manager Jodie was Very Very helpful and super attentive to get things rolling quickly she also communicated with my insurance company at times when I was too busy because of my daughters health. She accomadated the times I needed to meet because of my daughters health. Even though I'm sure it was not convenient for her. She answered all my questions and concerns clearly and quickly. She did an amazing job. My repairs are just about to get started and I'm sure her level of professionalism will continue! Great job Winmar team and Jodie specifically foe looking after things so well.

In parallel, we also engaged them to renovate our bathroom, converting the tub into a walk in shower. We had the pleasure of working with Graham, who was very knowledgeable, forthcoming and most importantly, trustworthy. He was always easily reachable and took the time to answer any questions we had. Customer service was definitely important to him. We also worked a lot with his very dependable and friendly crew lead, Slavko. He was very experienced and no challenge was too big for him. He had a very skilled crew, who did very good quality work and always kept the work site clean. Over the course of the project, a lot of different people came onsite. However, each and every employee, such as Terry and Sandra, or partners like Julian, Vasile, Edmund or James, were all very professional and took pride in their work. This is a good reflection of the high standards Winmar expects from everyone they work with. The overall experience with Winmar was very good and we couldn’t be happier with the final results of restoration and our transformed bathroom. We would recommend Winmar to anyone requiring restoration/renovation work done.

The quality of the work is good, but it took 6 weeks to get the job started and I have been held hostage with 12 visits to the house and at least 2-3 more before the job will be complete. I should have taken the insurance buyout - 1 contractor and 10 days max vs 4 months.

They took time and really made our house feel like a home again after being out of it for months. Can not thank them enough. They were honest and very trustworthy, and took all the anxiety out of having strangers in our home. They treated it like it was theirs and respected everything.
