We had a tight time line to finish the entire basement and not a clue were to start. They come in, gave us feedback on the layout we were thinking of to save money and maximize space . The workmanship and attention to detail was excellent. (Special shout out to Egon). They took the time to hear our concerns and suggestions and addressed them in a timely and professional manner. Their openness to feedback and accountability for their work was greatly appreciated! We are very satisfied with the outcome of our basement. C	Compass Card on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't even give them 1 star. They worked on a bathroom renovation project at our 40 unit co-op and did a horrible job. My bathroom in particular was done pre-covid and the quality of the material they used was good but the workmanship and attention to detail and even common sense was unacceptable. Once Covid hit, they decided to raise their prices quite a bit but the bathrooms they completed looked nothing like the bathrooms they completed pre-covid. The material was so cheap and work so poor, they had to come back a rip both bathroom up and start from scratch. It was then that we decided to fire them and find a new contractor. Well, it's been a year and a half since my bathroom was renovated and this weekend I had a major leak from the bathroom down into the kitchen. The plumbers who fixed the leak said it was caused by the poor work done by whoever installed the bathtub during my renovation. As I mentioned, we have since fired Green Terra and the remaining bathrooms are being completed by a new company. Do not use them!

August 2018 my family vacationing in Fiji Islands received a video call from my neighbor at 3am .We watched our house burnt down to the ground.We lost everything. Same afternoon we received a call from Green Terra assuring that they can rebuild for us.My gut instinct said go with GT.I did.I made the right choice. I am very pleased with their workmanship, professionalism, and their promises to rebuild a new home for me. I'm in my new home and love it. IT IS GREAT. GT JOB WELL DONE. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK. One more thing about GT,they are reliable and trustworthy. Any concerns they attend right away. No wait. I WILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM .
