N	Nancy Bardecki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was our first experience on a Wing Buddy tour, but it will not be our last. The itinerary we selected was Mysterious Egypt and Hurghada. The opportunities we had to enjoy the highlights of ancient Egypt as well as the resort experience on the Red Sea were more than we had dreamed of. The archeologist that was our guide on our Nile cruise and all the museum and pyramid and temple site visits was outstanding. We are accustomed to putting our own trips together, but having Wing Buddy staff to take care of all the details that we would normally have had to attend to allowed us to enjoy our trip even more. Definitely a 5 star trip!

From the ease of booking to help with every detail we can’t say enough about the great customer service. With Air Canada altering flights Wingbuddy was on the job getting things rearranged. Communication was amazing. The tour company used in Italy was Carrani Tours and everything was seamless from airport pickup to airport drop off. The drivers and guides did a great job. The hotels were great. We particularly enjoyed Rome Garden Hotel and Michelangelo Hotel in Sorrento. I’ve would strongly recommend Wingbuddy and will definitely use them in the future. As a matter of fact I’m looking for my next adventure with them!

They were prompt with replies to our questions and helped guide us with any travel questions. Our family came from multiple locations so it was important that the tour coincided with our air travel arrangements which we booked separately. All in all a great experience.

Our tour guide met us at the hotel and kept us informed on every aspect of the trip. There are so many options of activities you can choose, from low activity like going into town and shopping, or high level activities of hiking or zip lining. This trip is for anyone wanting to experience the beauty of Costa Rica. Ask for Francisco Bonilla or Juan Carlos as your guide. Both are fantastic.
A	Andy Little on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Costa Rica was a place I had on my bucket list and my wife and I decided that we should take a guided small group tour with Wingbuddy. We love all inclusive vacations so this was a first and closest to that. I noticed right away the people answering the phone, questions, and helping with arrangements were so nice and easy to talk to. Best vacation ever! Best group and tour guide ever! Michael our guide was amazing and very knowledgeable in every aspect. He really cares and makes every effort to make you as informed and comfortable in an environment we were unfamiliar with. We caught covid half way through our trip. We had all the shots and boosters, wore n95 masks. everyone wore masks and as we now know its really impossible to avoid this virus. We contacted Michael after taking a positive home test and he immediately had a Dr at our beautiful hotel Monteverde Country Lodge. I can say now that was a blessing being at a location almost two weeks where the staff from management, kitchen, maids and everyone working there took very good care of us the entire time. We recovered and had no desire to run home but wanted to complete what we started and called Wingbuddy to make all the flight arrangements at a later date. Can't say enough to explain how beautiful, fun, just how much we loved this country and people. Thanks Wingbuddy we are looking forward to our next get together. Andy and Chris
