★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a fantastic place to live, amazing location and very close to schools, buses, and shops. The walking paths are right outside the door, it's awesome. I have yet to see any mice and haven't heard of anyone else having any issues. As another person pointed out, we back onto a large park so we aren't immune to the odd critter, just like anywhere else in the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let me reassure anyone reading this that there is NOT alot of mice in the units. I have lived here for 16 years and am now in my 3rd unit due to downsizing. I have never ever had a mouse let alone mice and neither have my neighbour's. The odd unit has but it isn't an ongoing issue ... we live near a large park so there are all kinds of critters around .
This is a beautiful area, the units are a very nice size and we have a private snow removal company so our road is kept clearer than the city streets. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great affordable place to live. I have been here for over 10 years and the units have improved tremendously. Upgrades and been done and I have never had a mouse issue or any other unwelcome guest!! The co-op manager Gen is amazing at what she does. If your looking for a quiet well maintained co op, this is a great one. Everyone has a responsibility for keeping the unit maintained so if you don't tell them there is an issue it will not get fixed. I have made my unit as my own and my family and I are very comfortable here!
