They were quick and responsive at getting back to my request and were great to deal with. Customer service was great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to the store to place our order. I had a printed list and showed it to MIke. We spent 2 hours there just to get everything correct. So when the materials arrived, I inquired from David how come the doors are not pre-hung and he said this is how they came. We were very specific in our order. Still this mistake happened. So i ended up paying extra to my carpenter for doing my job. When I emailed Mike, he totally refused saying it was not discussed they would be pre-hung doors as I asked for compensation for the difference. I know we over and over again said they should be pre-hung doors. And now comes the part when our work was complete there were 238 sq feet of extra casing sent. I called up the store and luckily I got to talk to Mike and he very calmly said errors happen. I said could your reimburse the amount, he said no we had to come to the store, so now we waste our fuel and time just for his mistake. The mistake was from his side that was okay, I told him to please send the driver to pick the stuff up and he said okay.
The service is good when you enter to do your order is all I can say. I wont be going to his store ever. I would like the manager to get back to me on this please. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been shopping Windsor off and on for 10 yrs. We have been there a lot the past 3 months. Every time we go in we are greeted at the door and asked if we need help right away. Always have help loading wood!!
The last time one of the employees went out of his way to help, We were asking about measurements of a door. He actually got a ladder went up to the display door and took all the measurements for us!! It helped tons.
