★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The selection at this store is good for the average woodworker and the store is typically quite clean. However I have found on several occasions that the customer service is appalling. Some of the workers have a elitist attitude and provide poor help. I have gone into this store several times and have never been approached or offered assistance upon entering the store. I wished to support the store but will no longer be doing so.

Along with the answers he gave suggestions as well to overcome so of the issues I was facing. Great materials and great people who know how to use them. Can't find that in the big box stores.
