Also, I think the sales associate must he related to the owner as he is somehow getting away with not knowing how to do his job at all.

Our contractor miscalculated the amount we needed and, after installation, we ended up having to return 11 boxes of the unused, unopened brick. TimberStone refused to refund our money, calling it a final sale. At no time was this communicated to us — not verbally when I was purchasing the stone, nor on the bill. Now we're stuck with $1,400 worth of brick we can't use. Buyer beware.

A man came in that knew his stuff but what I was impressed by was girl behind counter came running out to join us so she could learn and help customers better. Great selection. Needed explanation from the people on how to install since we had no clue. They cross sold installation service, products and tools. Good experience and some beautiful products.
