★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easily the best home care service I’ve had in years. They were smart and knew the issue immediately. Went above and beyond expectations by properly repairing the window (saved me a lot of money as I thought it would need replacing) and gave solutions to other window problems. I’d like to hire them to fix everything in the house but they only do windows. Refreshing to have professionals actually do the work on time while also being personable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WindowFix serviced two vinyl casement windows for us, one of which was no longer opening at all, replacing the worn out cranks and giving them a general tune-up. The service was exemplary; they were quick to respond, provided accurate, no-nonsense quotes for the work, came when they said they would, and were friendly, professional, clean and efficient. The replacement hardware is excellent and the windows now open freely and easily. I would recommend them without hesitation.

I contacted windowfix.ca when I had a crack in a window in my house, they were able to have someone give me a quote immediately and sent someone right away to take measurements. Shortly after the window was replaced and fixed by Matt and Dan who were very nice, full of knowledge, fast and efficient. Would highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very professional team and excellent workmanship. Jason responded very quickly to emails. Dan showed up at scheduled time, called 30 min before showing up and did a great job fixing broken hinges and crank. Would definitely hire them again if needed. Highly recommended company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most window companies won't even return your call unless you want to do a $40,000 job. These guys are great. Get you a quick quote to replace just the sealed window glass. Show up on time, order the glass, install it quickly and leave no mess. Plus, it's a fraction of the cost of replacing the entire window. Highly recommend.

They are fast, responsive, knowledgeable, efficient and and most of all, honest! I thought my window needed new parts but when they showed up they realized it just needed an adjustment and didn't even charge me a penny! I would hire these guys again in a heartbeat, and will be recommending them to all of my clients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a cracked window to repair. Really appreciated the super prompt email responses (less than 1hr) and quick service. From quote to finishing, the entire repair took less than 2 weeks (including the waiting period from the glass manufacturer).
The team coming in took off their shoes, wore masks, were respectful and easy to work with. Didn't price match much so I can't comment on price - but would recommend the WindowFix team for anyone.
