★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Happy to find them! Professional and quickly diagnosed and repaired my dryer. The next day I called for a leaking washer that initially I had a plumber come out to look at hoses and connections but we could not recreate or locate the leak. A1 Appliance Repairs sent another tech out the next day. I was grateful for an honest diagnosis that helped me decide to go buy a new washer rather than them just trying to get me to repair it I will definitely be a future customer.

He explained what he was doing and the customer service was fantastic! I absolutely recommend them for anyone looking for a great appliance fix with wonderful people doing the job!

I finally gave up and I called A1 Appliance Repairs and experience excellent customer service! Every person I dealt with has been courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. My cooler was fixed promptly and at a fair price. I love my new cooler repair company and I highly recommend A1 Appliance Repairs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This individuals take advantage of senior citizens. They misrepresent their company's name. If i could give them a zero I would. I will also be filling a report with the BBB. They pretend to work with Appliance Repair Oakville. They talk about contractual obligations, when they don't even give customers the time to read the contract in detail. they charge $417.22 for an element that cost $20.00-$25.00 and that's not including the labour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todd arrived on time and helped us fix the leak from the dishwasher. The plumber we called earlier said we needed to replace it! But Todd clearly told us what the issue was and fixed it the next day for us stay getting the part.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My washing machine stopped agitating and spinning and I needed to get it repaired ASAP. Based on great reviews, I thought I'd give A1 Appliance Repairs a try. Mark came out in about 1/2 hour and got the machine working perfectly again. He even had the parts on hand that were needed for the repair. I was very impressed and it was evident this man knows his business! He explained all and showed me the broken parts. He is very honest and knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend him and call him again when needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eric showed up earlier than our appointment time which in my case I was very happy he did. We both wore masks to be safe and he even had shoe covers as well. He was very professional and fixed my dryer very quickly and the price was very reasonable. I would hire him again for the future.
