D	Dillon Dubois on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ felt embaissed and insulted said my orthotics weren't even made by a Doctor yet they were by the Doctor who makes the orthotics for the Raptors 45 minute appt charged for was done with me after 5 very dissampointed expected them to try something to atleast reduce the pain in my feet. Don't want to be contacted by anyone at the office about this. For future patients try different stuff or atleast don't come across so aggressive selling your orthotics makes you seem untrustworthy.
A	Azadeh Monzavi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this clinic to have my callus removed. For the payment, they asked me to pay and claim my insurance afterwards. I accepted and paid right away. But when I claimed my insurance, it was rejected by Equitable life insurance because this clinic was red-flagged or delisted due to some foul actions happened there. I called the clinic several times, but they said they cannot do anything and I would be better off convincing my insurance that they are new owners and have not done anything wrong. The worst part of the story is I felt the callus from the first days, but couldn't believe it wasnt removed properly. After two months I called them again and they said they will charge me again if I need it to be removed again.

The custom orthotics are very good quality and comfortable and come in many different styles for different types of footwear.

Fortunately, when I finally made time for a quick consult I was given a prompt date for surgery and all the details I’d need for recovering. Dr. Lee was incredibly informative, and the surgery itself relieved me of pain immediately. Even the days afterward were without the discomfort I’d been putting up with for years. Highly recommend his services and that of Dr Wilson’s as well.

From beginning to end the clinic was supportive and helped me understand the procedure! Dr. Wilson met me for a follow up and was also amazing throughout! The clinic is welcoming and the receptionist is more than helpful!!

We had a consultation booked for this morning and when he saw the issue, he said to come back at 1130 and he would miss his lunch to fix her up! We highly recommend this clinic!
D	Dee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Wilson and his entire clinic are amazing. I have been coming here for roughly 4 years and have never had one issue. I drive from Hamilton to Burlington to see him and it’s worth every KM I drive. I would recommend his clinic to everyone. Paulina (office coordinator) is always helpful and patient, never any issues with her either. Dr Wilson is hands down the best foot specialist I have ever seen and also the nicest ,most patient and thorough health professional I have ever dealt with. Dr Lee is also very good and thorough as I have had to use him once or twice when Dr Wilson wasn’t available. If you need a foot specialist then this is where you want to go.
