★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the most run down and derelict place in Brandon. From what Ive seen, none of the units have been updated or painted, second story steps are starting to rot and warp, i wouldn't even reccomend this place to my ex girl friend and she comitted Paternity Fraud

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time I visit family in Brandon there's always some kind of incident this one time police raided an apartment in Willowdale gardens because of gang activity and the cops brought a duffel bag full of guns out of an apartment.
Two summers ago there was a few people in the parking lot complaining about popped tires apparently someone was going around popping tires.
I've been told almost every month when they kick someone out they throw out all their stuff right into the garbage there are usually bed bugs in one or more complexes
Mice come in the apartments every winter have no idea how they get in
And I've just been told there are cockroaches in a couple of the complexes as well
I don't understand why when you make a complaint or ask them to solve a problem that is unsolvable by yourself the landlord laughs at you and doesn't give a
