★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horribley managed and maintained. Most tenants are like high school students. Everyone is very nosey. Theres almost no privacy. Everyone complains about everything and everyone. The coordinator is by far the least professional property manager I have ever met in my 25 years of renting properties. Don't expect to be treated fairly.
