★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small but has everything you need, not a lot of free weights but lots of cardio machines and work out machines. Friendly staff and none intimating atmosphere for beginner level folks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely not an intimidating atmosphere. Everything feels rather new. There's already a lot of pics of the gym but what got my attention was the private showers. Clean and amazing after a workout and even a sit-down shower is available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic gym with a very friendly atmosphere. There are showers for post workouts and the universal machines are very good. There are a lot of treadmills and that's a plus. The only negative would be the parking. Sometimes it's a little difficult to find a space but the upper parking area is pretty easy to drive to.
