β β β β β I went for a business dispute and was introduced to Savina. She is very honest and productive. During our first meeting, she explained what we can get and need to expect. As it is always, having a dispute with someone is really hard and difficult to solve. Savina was very helpful and professional throughout the process. I felt like she truly understands how I feel and how I want to reply or react to the other party. Sometimes she wrote what I want to say in a very professional manner even I did not ask her. We resolved the dispute in about 5 months and the is much shorter than We expected. There were times that how we need to react since we do not know about the law very much, she did not hesitate to give us advice and what is good and right thing to choose. We really appreciated her effort and advice and we are so grateful to meet her and have her as our lawyer. All staff we met were very nice and professional.

β β β β β We used Waterstone Law regarding a mortgage lien that was paid off (we had financial proof) but the lien was never removed (clerical issue). As we had an offer on the property and a closing date upcoming, Savina acted quickly realizing the urgency of our issue (removal of the lien). She clearly explained the process required, was factual pointing out the legal requirements, and very professional, and confident in her dealings with us. She explained the billing process and advised us of appropriate steps we could take to alleviate unnecessary costs to us. Timing was of the essence. She negotiated with our opposition's lawyer to come up with a speedy result in our favour (the very next day). We were extremely happy with her expertise and professionalism. The office staff was also very professional.

β β β β β Savina assisted me through a very difficult separation and divorce. Throughout the process she was supportive, attentive, and honest. We faced many challenges from the other side, but she knew how to perservere and what actions to take when we encountered obstacles. Savina is fair and ethical. Without her, I probably would have crumbled under the pressure from my ex-husband, but she gave me the confidence to continue through, and with her knowledge and efficiency, we came to an agreement, and I am a very satisfied client! β β β β β I emailed to get a simple question answered that any lawyer who went to law school would know but it was very clear they didnβt want to help. I feel as if this place is just about the money and not the people who need help !
Very lazy. They also didnβt read my email because In it it stated what I needed a simple answer to so go somewhere else unless you want to feel like youβre getting walked all over !!!

β β β β β I hired Waterstone in the fall of 2021 to represent me in a family matter. Fast forward 8 months to May 2 when I received official notice that my lawyer was quitting the firm.
He was unable to take my file with him, and all the other lawyers in the firm who handle my type of case were unavailable.
This all just SIX DAYS before my first official court appointment.
Zero adjustments or compensation were made to my retainer final statement despite the fact I had to take time off work to find new representation, more time off work to meet with new representation, and more money to bring the knew team up to date. I wonβt even get into the stress and anxiety this has caused.
I reached out asking to be put in touch with one of the firmβs partners to discuss the situation but havenβt heard a word back (go figure).
Their total lack of professionalism in this situation is disgusting to say the least. And if conduct like this isnβt against some sort of ethics code then it should be.
The only reason they are getting 1 star at all is because thatβs the lowest ranking available. And to be fair, one star is still 2 too many.
Avoid at all costs or take your chances.
