★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far the worst experience ever.
It looks good on the paper and surprisingly reviews are excellent too but this place is nothing like it appears.
The teachers in the class my child was put in were completely disorganized and disengaged. The kids were left to do as they pleased most of the time and there was zero encouragement to join in the activities or playtime. There were kids that cried pretty much the whole time I was there and they were completely ignored.
On top of that, despite their covid-19 protocols and all, kids came in with stuffy noses and coughing like crazy. My child ended up sick for over four weeks after just 1.5 days in there.
If your child is in this daycare, I strongly encourage you to take a closer look. If they are with Ms. Kim, I strongly advise to take them out as soon as possible.
To their credit, they did acknowledge a number of complaints regarding their staff but would not switch my child to another classroom. I was provided a full refund.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've only been at WillowBrae for a short time, but the school and staff impressed us with their happy demeanor, responsiveness, kindness and attention to the children. The location is spacious clean and inviting. We look forward to a happy and healthy future for our preschooler at Willowbrae Academy Oakville!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually never write reviews unless it's serious and because I am a parent who is extremely protective over their child, I am sure most parents are that away. I have to give this center a 5/5 because they're EXCELLENT. My daughter is not neglected and is treated with so much care. She's 2.5 years old and loves going there. She used to go to a different daycare prior this one and there is a BIG difference in terms of hygiene, learning aspect and care in general. They're also very attentive to parents which I appreciate as a parent, e.g. I asked them not to let my daughter nap for more then an hour as she gives me a hard time at night if she naps for a long time during the day, they right away took my concern into consideration and never let her sleep for more then an hour. I also emphasized how important it is for my daughter to be hygienically cleaned (e.g. not leaving her in a soiled diapers/ wiping and cleaning her properly) and they truly exceeded my expectations in terms of hygiene. I highly recommend this centre to anyone who is trying to have a peace of mind when sending their child to a daycare!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our child has been with Willowbrae for over a year, and we would highly recommend! The staff and teachers are so caring and attentive to the children. Each day the children do lots of activities including singing, reading together, art everyday, and lots of outdoor play. All the teachers and staff are so sweet, we wish we could take them home with us! We really notice the educational activities that Willowbrae provides, as our child continues to come home with new words or ABCs that he's learned in daycare. The menu is excellent and it is so nice to have the cameras to be able to peek in to see how your child is doing that day. We couldn't say enough good things about this daycare.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't recommend this daycare enough! :) They have extremely well attentive staff that truly care about the children enrolled. They all take the time to get to know your child and treat the kids as if they are their own. Their director is extremely knowledageble and is exceptionally quick to reply to any concerns. They are understanding, compassionate and really care about the families. We love Willlowbrae and would recommend to anyone we know looking for a daycare.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have only been here a few months but we recognize that the staff are very approachable, responsive and attentive. The curriculum is supportive of many areas of development, we enjoy hearing what the kids are learning everyday. They are encouraging of building independence while also balancing this with the right amount of care and nurturing. Their facilities are very clean and well organized. Would definitely recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would highly recommend this daycare to anyone looking for a warm, inviting, fun and safe environment for their child. Our son loves his classroom, teachers and fellow students and has really thrived since joining last June. The staff is so friendly and quick to respond to any questions we have. The daycare center itself is very clean and fun for the kids. It's also great being able to take a look at the camera's during the day to see your kiddo play :) 5 stars and highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We love sending our son to Willowbrae. The teachers, staff and management have made for such a pleasant experience, and are very attentive to the kids (and parents!). We feel assured that when he goes, he will be in an enriching, safe and stimulating environment, eat nutritious meals and snacks, and have a great time. One of the key selling points for us was the “nanny cam” in the rooms and playgrounds, as well as separate darkened room for naps for the infants. We cannot stress enough how much of an asset Willowbrae has been in our son’s development!
