The owner Helen is professional, caring, ethical and committed. You can see there is a real passion for children here and this is evident in all the teachers and Jessie, the Maplegrove campus supervisor who is kind, caring and fully involved. We have nothing but great things to say. I am sure that all parents can relate to the feeling of uncertainty when choosing a school for your child. It is a daunting task and can be quite nerve-racking. I felt all of these emotions prior to the end of my mat leave. When I visited the campus, I had that “good feeling” in my gut and knew this was a safe place for my son. The first day I dropped him off, I left with a feeling of comfort and confidence that my child was in good hands. I can assure you that this is a great place for your kids, they will be taken care of, fed well and be kept busy with a slew of activities that will help them grow and certainly prepare them for JK. We have watched our son learning new skills and having fun everyday, and eagerly telling us about his day on his way home. Thank you for the wonderful and memorable experience!

It was a bit of a rocky start because my son was upset to see me leave, but the teachers and director were so helpful and walked me through the transition. He got over his fear quickly and soon loved going to school. I really felt that he was well cared for by the teachers and he learned so much while he was there. You can tell that the teachers really care about the children. I hope that when our baby girl goes to school they will have a spot available for her too; would recommend this school to anyone. Great experience and super kind staff. Thank you so much!!!
D	Danielle M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our 3.5 year old daughter has been attending this Montessori school since October 2020 and we can't say enough wonderful things about it. This is our first Montessori experience so we weren't sure what to expect and were very nervous considering the COVID situation, especially since we weren't going to be allowed to tour the school before she attended due to COVID protocols. The online tour was helpful and we were able to show her the classrooms before she started. The COVID protocols are strict, very clear and reassuring. My daughter loves the teachers and is always stimulated by the learning concepts and environment. She even seems to be happy with the food which can be challenging with her being so picky. The morning drop off/pick up process is really great! The ladies have a solid system and they always have lovely smiling faces (I can tell even behind the masks lol) to welcome the children. It’s a wonderful feeling as a parent to know that even though it’s a crazy time, we can still expect an organized, smooth, positive drop off process since it can sometimes be stressful even during normal times. I never have an issue getting a hold of someone in the office and they are very swift at responding to my email enquiries. Overall our experience has been extremely positive with them and I would definitely recommend this school.

Everyone who works there is professional and caring, and kept us all very safe during the covid summer. I can’t say enough good things about this school and we are already looking forward to sending our daughter for March break and summer 2021 camps!

I have my 2 kids enrolled and couldn't be happier with the care they receive. The place is very organized and clean. I would recommend it to anyone :-). Thank you Western Height for being so great ?

He's enjoyed his time there so much so that when I pick him up early he complains that I am to early and wants to stay there longer. Now that he knows he graduated preschool and is changing schools he is a bit sad and asked if he could still go there for lunch as he loves the food there!! My daughter has been attending the before/after care as well as the summer camps. We have been so happy with everyone there from the director, supervisors and all the teachers; who have been so caring and truly care about the kids. The kids always come home with positive stories and smiles. Even through covid, the teachers have been so wonderful with their online classes, taking time to speak to every child. We are so happy with our entire experience with Western Heights and highly recommend this place!

The school supervisor (Lisa) is professional, accommodating and caring. I would highly recommend WH to any parent -- the programming is excellent and the teacher are kind and attentive.
