★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in with my mother as she wanted to pick out a dress for me for our upcoming vacation, and she needed to return a dress.
The lady at the front desk this morning was polite to my mother until she found out she bought the dress with her credit card. She was then very rude and passive aggressive with my mother when she asked about the return policy stating "Well it's a 10 day return, and you bought this on the 9th, so CLEARLY I can't take this back, plus we are out of that stock now so we couldn't sell it anyway." I refuse to by from this store if someone who works in customer service, CLEARLY can't behave as such.
I have also come to learn that the owners are away. That is unfortunate as maybe we would have been treated better and the store would have opened at 10 as advertised, not quarter after.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to this store today to look and possibly buy something new. Upon entering I was told to use the hand sanitizer - I explained I am allergic to it. I was then asked if I had my own ( I cannot use any of them as I have a severe skin reaction ) - I said I used a wipe in my car before arriving - this was not good enough as the salesperson replied that I had touched the door handle. I am very aware of Covid 19 and the necessary precautions needed being a recently retired health professional, however I feel this situation was not handled very well. Very sad, I will likely not return.
