★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The view from the top of this short steep but stair-like climb was AMAZING! I would rate this best view, best 1+km hike in this whole area! Red markers clearly show the hike to the remains of an old firetower lookout. I'm interested next time in looking up white marketed trail and explore more of these white mountains.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very steep and rocky. Only go if you are in good shape and can balance well. However, if you are able the view is spectacular. If the hike seems too difficult drive a bit further up Willisville rd and there will be a pull off on the right hand side. From there, you can see a beautiful view of the highway and surrounding area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hike with 3 kids (4, 6, and 8). Steep climb but only a bit slippery and the kids loved it. The views were amazing with all the snow. We would do it again for sure.
