โ โ โ โ โ Very dissatisfied with their service due to the lack of communication and un organized manner to which they treated me with. At times having to wait up to 3months for a reply to my numerous calls and emails I sent them to inquire on status of things. Only to leave me in the dark as to why they didn't file certain portions of my taxes to which I hired and also paid them to do. Then to find a CRA demand for a huge sum of money owed for pretty much every year that I hired them to work on with thier full understanding of my needs. ( leaving me with 7years of of back taxes from CRA to which they assured me I was on point and in good standing. Also question their pricing as time went on I continually spent hours on my end to organize my books to make it easy for them and to save me money, only for their prices to keep going up regardless. When I asked every time, why am I paying more this year when I gave prepared my documents as they gave me ways for me to save on book keeping? All Michael could say in return was "Uhm well,,, uh... well thats the cost of owning a business:" and could not answer question I had pretty much any time I called. Please don't make the same mistake I did to trust your taxes with them! I highly suggest you go else where for any tax needs as these guys created a trickle effect of many serious issues with enormous consequences. I now have a proper tax team cleaning up the mess #WillamsonAccounting left me with, much cheaper! 0 out of 5 t #DontDoIt
