★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is probably the worst exprience of customer service I've ever dealt with in my life. Not only did they over charged me, apparently the person responsible for relaying information about arrival was too busy to inform me than lied about the actual day and made me lose 2 days of free storage and when showed up told me to be grateful and called police on me, cause I'm black and they know effect that has. I recommend NOONE using this service, don't be tricked by their initial selling ploy it's not worth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've dealt with logistics from China for 10 years. This is by far the most crooked logistics company I have ever dealt with. They will hold your goods hostage and demand made up fees and not provide any good reasons. They are literally highway robbers.

I paid shipping charged me 3x normal up front, all rates where high at the time. But then when they arrive, charge me CBSA exam fee that did not happen, two handling fees , port congestion fee, for what I have not idea. There was the normal overcharge fees. They are just taking it to another level now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ridiculous company , I've ordered something from alibaba (china) and RDD was chosen by the shipper I've paid. Terrible mistake.
RDD already charges me more then the shipping from China to Toronto costs and they are just adding more and more costs.
The clerk responsible for my shipment (Merry Xu) is 100% unreliable, I always had to run after her to get any updates even though she said she would update me all the way. New cost arise every few weeks. Rip off par excellence.
NEVER EVER RDD FREIGHT AGAIN!!
Overcharged and unorganized: That's my experience with them.
