For me, the process was very smooth. It wasn’t always easy.. I would say If your willing to put in the work , I would hands down recommend Hayley.
Every human is different with their own cur-rated needs. It’s not always a one size fits all. That’s where I struggled the most , That constant mindset used to hold me back .
Iam relieved to finally find a practitioner that puts me first!
I still continuously focus and implement Hayleys’ recommendations . For that, Again, a very special thank you to Williams Wellness for keeping me balanced and constantly in a peak state!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been working with Hayley periodically for years now, and her level of care and expertise is above and beyond. She helped me get pregnant and stay healthy through my most recent pregnancy, and I am currently working with her on balancing my hormones and reducing fatigue as I come off anti-depressants, and start working out again after a hard year.
I would recommend Hayley to anyone who is in need of nutritional feedback or who's just curious about what a RHN does.
She really takes the time to listen to my concerns each time we check in, and provides tailored recommendations that are clearly not just copy pasted from a database. It's refreshing to have a healthcare support person who really listens and reflects on me before providing recommendations.
