★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I joined in October and absolutely love this facility. It is very spacious, lots of varied equipment and we have a great trainer. There just seems to be a very warm, welcoming accepting atmosphere here. I am 67 years old and see a variety of people including young athletes being coach. They listen to your goals and help you achieve them. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone no matter your age or fitness. You will not be disappointed.

The community is very close, the gym is always clean and the coaches are always available to help you. I 100% recommend this gym to anyone who wants see change or be apart of a great community!

Great place to meet new friends... but don't mistake friendliness with lack of intensity! If you're looking for a new challenge and a cool community, look no further.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son does a children's class at hybrid and he just loves it. Coach Jenny is absolutely fantastic with kids. She is so positive and fun and knows how to motivate kids in the best way possible. They work hard and have a blast. This weekly class is something my son looks forward to all week and he has learned so many skills that he is able to practice at home in between sessions. It's exciting as a parent to see his coordination and stamina developing and to know that he is getting a love for fitness at such an early age. Thanks Jenny and Hybrid for providing such an awesome environment and activity for kids!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best gym & personal training I have come across in my 10 years of fitness training. Being an amputee, it is challenging to find a place that is able to adapt exercises to my abilities. The coaches were able to develop an amazing adaptive program for me that allowed me to participate in the cross fit circuits as well as helped me exceed my goals and grow as I trained to become a Paralympic athlete. They adapted exercises on the fly, never wasting my gym time, and making me feel competent in my athletic abilities. The atmosphere is welcoming and everyone encourages and helps others when needed. Nate & Kelsey and the other coaches have an amazing wealth of knowledge in all aspects including physical/health challenges, nutrition and understanding individual physical needs. The gym is clean and efficiently run and I highly recommend this place to everyone no matter what your fitness level is.
