She has no bedside manner, thinks her way is the only way, will refuse anything you ask to make you comfortable. She should be fired. These types of people are untrainable.
H	H K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very great experience at Peel memorial. My nurse in infusion room Marissa was exceptionally great. I felt i was in great hands and care with her. Everyone seems to be helpful. Really appreciate the nursing team.

I was very happy that the “William Osler Health System” Brampton Civic - Bovaird and this location -Lynch St. coordinated my appointments times, as they were booked on the same day (as I requested). They took into consideration travel time, wait time. Once I arrived, the Covid-19 screening staff was nice. The team in the area, I was scheduled for was very pleasant, from the staff at the reception desk to the technician that conducted my test. In and out, with no problems.
I	I. F.M. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible place with covid rules. Everywhere now no more mask mandate or anything. They wouldn't allow me to go with my son for his eye surgery. I wasn't happy about it, but I said okay I will wait in the lobby entrance. The kind man who was screening he said,he needs to ask the leader screener woman.. she said if you don't have vaccine passport then you have to take a rapid test right now. Outside super cold and strong winds . I said to her its cold outside and i have to wait outside in the cold?? Until my son eyes surgeries done? She didn't cared. Nice friendly woman, who have no emphaty. I asked what happens when ppl come unvaccinated and going in the hospital?? She said,thats okay. Not too mention my son got a deadly virus from this place 2 years ago,because they didn't let me go with my son.. he had open wounds allover and every other hospital they understood his sickness.. but not this one. We got lucky and a good Doctor realized my son needs right away medical care and he saved my son. Doctors are good in this hospital, but the safety is terrible. I am happy not standing inside,but freezing cold outside and hopefully I am not catching cold.

Everytime he has gone to hospital, he has come out emotionally traumatized by the staff and a perceived/actual, lack of care/compassion. This visit to the urgent care clinic was beyond compair. My husband was in the clinic for over 10 hours. He was treated like a person and not a patient number. Treated with knowledge and respect by nursing staff, diagnosed (finally after years of being brushed aside) and referred to specialist. Thank-you and I pray you maintain your level of care in these trying and demanding times. Much love.
A	Aria Motazedi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived 20 minutes before my appointment and I did the registration plus screening. My appointment is at 10:20 am and at 11:20am they called me in. How is this place going to become a fully operational hospital but can't handle time management. My country that's under sanction has way better Health Care System then here. My doctor unfortunately referred me & I will make sure not to go to any Willing Osler Hospitals. Only come here if you want to skip work or a family gathering!
B	Beth Rogers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a good experience here. I was there for 3 hours but received good care and fast results. Dr. Fan was a excellent dr. He took a lot of time to explain what tests needed to be done and they were done quickly and the nurses were very personable and caring. I would recommend this location.
K	Kali on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent over 7 hrs here recently - got there before they opened at 1pm and didn't get out until around 8pm (technically past closing time, but they were still working away). Initially things seemed fairly organized -checking people in and moving them along through the stations (initial reason for attending, registration, checking vitals, etc). But then it was a whole lot of "hurry up and wait." I spent hours upon hours waiting in various waiting areas for the doctor to return to me - I don't blame him though - the place was woefully short staffed - how do you have only 1 or 2 doctors working an entire shift in this environment? He ran around non-stop, but it was just too much for one person. Special shout out to the best nurse - Babita - she made an otherwise awful day a bit more bearable. Individual staff members were all wonderful, but the system and staffing model definitely needs an overhaul.
