I HAVE NEVER USED THE SAME REALTOR TWICE, UNTIL 3 YEARS AGO WHEN I MET WILLIAM MYLES FROM ROYAL LEPAGE, HE IS VERY PROFESSIONAL, NOT PUSHY, A GREAT LISTENER, DOES WHAT IS BEST FOR HIS CLIENT, ALWAYS HAS A SMILE ON HIS FACE. I MOVED AGAIN AND THIS TIME I CALLED THE BEST OF THE BEST WILLIAM MYLES
HE DID AN AMAZING JOB REPRESENTING ME IN THE SALE OF MY HOME AND WENT THROUGH HOOPS IN GETTING ME WHAT I NEEDED FOR MY NEW HOME. I REALLY HOPE AND PRAY THIS IS NOW MY FOREVER HOME, BUT INCASE IT'S NOT I'LL DEFINITELY BE CALLING MY REALTOR WILLIAM.

He was super honest, and wanted to make sure we got the best house we could. He doesn’t treat you just like a client, but like you are someone he has known forever. Fast forward five years. We sold our place with Will and the service was still top notch. He is very personable and very prompt and eager to make sure you'll get great service. He was always prompt to get back to us with updates for any of our questions and concerns.
Even more importantly he knows the market like the back of his hand. He gave us a perfect ballpark of what to expect for our home and delivered. He is a great negotiater who'll make sure you get the perfect price whether buying or selling.
