We recently had need to sell our farm, and when deciding on a realtor we looked at the reviews on the websites. After listing with Susan we soon discovered that those five star reviews were all legitimate!
She had a viewing within two days, and a full list price offer a couple of days later. She had the expertise to match the buyer with the property, which only comes from years of attentive experience. Her subject to financing and closing dates were reasonable and the sale was seamless and flawless.
We have had more than a few real estate transactions in the past and this one was the cleanest that I have had the occasion to be involved with. It was because of her attention to detail and willingness to do a little extra work that made it so.
