â â â â â Location d'appartement. DĂšs notre emmĂ©nagement aux appartements Will & Rich, aucune personne sur les lieux n'Ă©tait prĂ©venue de notre arrivĂ©e. Pourtant, j'avais confirmĂ© par courriel Ă deux reprises le mois et la semaine avant notre emmĂ©nagement avec le service de location. Ainsi, les clĂ©s n'Ă©taient pas programmĂ©es pour nous et l'ascenseur non rĂ©servĂ©.
Ensuite, l'insonorisation de l'appartement est trÚs mauvaise. Nous entendons tout des voisins. Puis, la qualité des matériaux laisse à désirer. Nous enlevons la peinture lors du simple nettoyage des murs.
Par la suite, le stationnement est à moitié déneigé à l'hiver. Il y a une pente d'entrée-sortie trÚs à pic. Le déneigement n'étant pas effectué, ma voiture y est restée coincée à plusieurs reprises. De plus, la sécurité du virage du stationnement est compromise. J'ai demandé d'ajouter un miroir pour davantage de sécurité et on m'a refusé cette demande.
Finalement, lors de notre dĂ©mĂ©nagement. Encore une fois, avec la confirmation par courriel Ă deux reprises. Rien n'Ă©tait prĂȘt pour celui-ci. Ascenseur non rĂ©servĂ©.
Je ne recommande pas du tout cette entreprise immobiliĂšre.
 Apartment rental. As soon as we moved into the Will & Rich apartments, no one on the premises was notified of our arrival. However, I had confirmed by email twice the month and the week before our move in with the rental service. Thus, the keys were not programmed for us and the elevator not reserved.
Then the soundproofing of the apartment is very bad. We hear everything from the neighbors. Then, the quality of the materials leaves much to be desired. We remove the paint during the simple cleaning of the walls.
The parking lot is then half cleared of snow in the winter. There is a very steep entry-exit slope. As the snow was not cleared, my car got stuck there several times. In addition, the safety of the parking lot turns is compromised. I asked to add a mirror for added security and I was denied this request.
Finally, when we moved. Again, with email confirmation twice. Nothing was ready for this one. Elevator not reserved.
I do not recommend this real estate company at all.

DĂšs notre premier jour, nous avons attendu un bon moment avant que quelquâun nous ouvre, personne ne semblait au courant que nous devions arriver.
Il a fallu trois semaines pour recevoir les clĂ©s de la boĂźte aux lettres, ĂȘtre reliĂ© Ă lâinterphone. Plus dâun mois pour avoir une copie de notre bail.
Le bruit.
Le bruit est constant, entre les travaux intérieur et extérieur.
Les constructions alentour font du bruit et rĂ©sonnent, parfois font vibrer les murs jusquâĂ en faire tomber des tableaux.
Il y a ensuite la suite commerciale, nous avons eu trois semaines Ă un mois de perçage de bĂ©ton et coup de marteau parfois de 7h Ă 17h pendant le mois de dĂ©cembre. Nous nâavions pas Ă©tĂ© prĂ©venu de tel travaux et Mondev ainsi que son Ă©quipe Ă©tait incapable de nous donner une estimation de fin de travaux.
Aujourdâhui encore nous nous faisons rĂ©veiller le matin par les travaux.
Mauvaise insonorisation en général.
Une alarme sâest dĂ©clenchĂ©e dans le couloir le 01 janvier, non-stop. Ăa a pris trois appels pour quâenfin le bruit incessant sâarrĂȘte 48h plus tard.
Maintenant en plein confinement et couvre-feu, ils nous imposent des visites de logement, sans mĂȘme nous demander nos disponibilitĂ©s ou bien mĂȘme si cela ne nous dĂ©range pas, sachant pertinemment que nous sommes en tĂ©lĂ©-travail et donc constamment chez nous.
Infernal. No consideration for tenants.
From our first day we waited quite a while for someone to open our door, no one seemed to know we were coming.
It took three weeks to receive the keys to the mailbox, to be connected to the intercom. More than a month to get a copy of our lease.
The noise.
The noise is constant, between interior and exterior work.
The surrounding constructions make noise and resonate, sometimes make the walls vibrate until paintings fall.
Then there is the commercial suite, we had three weeks to a month of concrete drilling and hammering sometimes from 7 am to 5 pm during the month of December. We had not been notified of such work and Mondev and his team were unable to give us an estimate of the end of the work.
Even today we are woken up in the morning by construction work.
Poor soundproofing in general.
An alarm went off in the hallway on January 01, non-stop. It took three calls for the incessant noise to finally stop 48 hours later.
Now in full confinement and curfew, they impose house visits on us, without even asking us our availability or even if it does not bother us, knowing full well that we are on telework and therefore constantly at home.
