The apartments are poorly designed. (Light switches are in bad places as well as awkward layouts.)
My bathroom door doesn't stay closed and is located right next to a window facing the parking lot.
The airconditioning is permanently built into the wall and leaves a draft during the winter. The patio doors also leave a draft.
Cheap materials were used in construction and put together hastily.
You must leave the property entirely to smoke. (Off the parking lot) I was standing next to my car when I was told to get off the property to smoke.
Somewhat lacks privacy because, the building manager is always lurking about and the main office is terrible to deal with.
