Enjoyed a nice weekend stay at the Wild Rose Campground and RV Park in Hope, BC. Nice campground. Very reasonable rates, gracious hosts, clean park, good amenities including multiple hookup options (E/W/S + SD) for those in RV's (big rigs included as they have pull throughs), tent trailers, really nice (and some very private!) tent sites, 24/7 free hot showers and flush toilets, a kids' playground, picnic spots, places to ride bikes, a group camping spot, dog trail, plus a small store with basics and firewood bags for sale. Close to Hope if you need to go into town for something and to get to various natural and historic attractions. Only downside is a whir of mild highway noise as the campsite is close to Hwy 1. Not too noticeable at night though :-) Only other thing I couldn't find was a tenter's dish washing station. Overall, a great stay! Recommended to those who are campers of all types!

Wonderful Campground! They accommodated us with a next day reservation, and then we decided to stay a third night and they were great about that too. We had a very large, flat site with a beautiful view of the mountains. It was super quiet- no music, no generators. Minutes to the town for supplies. We had a nice greenbelt behind the site and there's also a wooded dog walking area. The outhouses were exceptionally clean and smelled fresh. Free WiFi! They also had hot showers, running water, and a game room. Plus a playground for kids. We were given a local guidebook of activities and coupons. Staff were very kind and friendly. It was very dark at night and we were able to watch the meteor shower easily. The only slight negative I can think of, and it was pretty minor, was that the forest is only on one side of the site. The other sides are partitioned with landscaping cedars about waist high. So I wouldn't call it super private but we were able to set up so that it didn't bother us at all. We will definitely come back to this place. Hidden gem!

This is a Winter review: Friendly staff deserves the 2 stars. Bathroom was not kept up to standards during the entirety of my visit // No toilet paper, spiders, bugs webs, and a shower filled with grease. Nobody salts the road within the camp ground so you’ll be sliding down nothing but Ice. (very dangerous) The WIFI is so inconsistent I just had to write this review on my DATA. Actually terrible WIFI. They offer in house laundry so that’s actually nice for anyone travelling. EDIT: At least they acknowledge the lack of maintenance.

Not too bad for an RV site/campground. It's a bit close to the highway and the train runs a cross the street which is why I didn't give it 5 stars. I will say it is very clean and nicely laid out and has ALL the amenities including showers and mediocre wifi (to be expected). Judy was very nice and recommended the small hike to the Flood Hope falls which was beautiful! 20 amp hook up for $37 per night is more than reasonable. Beautiful mountain scenery and close proximity to Hope (but not too close!).

Very family friendly with spectacular mountain views. There's a decent playground and plenty of space for kids to ride their bikes. There's a lot of mature trees providing good privacy for some sites and pretty much all of the sites are set back far enough from the highway that you don't even notice it. The wifi was pretty good and the full serve sites come with 36 cable channels. The bathrooms and showers were clean. There's a good sized travel center 2km away on the same road as the campground for gas and snacks.

The park was easy to find. It is located just off of Highway One on Flood Hope Road. There is pavement all the way. Signage is adequate. Check in was efficient and friendly. Our site, 4, was a pull through that was just long enough for our Coach and Towed. Services (50/30 amp, water, sewer and cable TV) were to the left side. All services worked well. There are no real buffers between our site. Distancing is very close almost awning to slide. Each site has a table. Our’s was very small. Overall the park was well groomed. The full time sites were neat and tidy. Wifi is included in the price and worked well enough for YouTube and mail but don’t even think about streaming. We did not look for OTA TV. Satellite might be difficult because of the trees. We did not use the washrooms or free showers but looked and found them the be clean. The Playground equipment looked new and the wood chip base was fresh. We did not hear a lot of Highway noise even though it is close. There are no restaurants or services within walking distance but the town of Hope is only about 10 minutes down the road. This is a pleasant stop for over night (or a few days) but not much longer. There isn’t much to do in Hope. We paid $48.00 per night inc tax with a 10% GS discount and we feel we received fair value. We will be back if in the area.
