Wildr has created a great community for me to learn more about trail running and meet new friends. Not only has being part of this group helped me achieve my goals, it has given me new ones! I have learned more about proper form and Alecia gives great guidance on how to do exercises correctly.

This is a wonderful place with great people! Alecia takes all the guess work out of what you need to do to attain your goals. I love her philosophy of β€œgetting every joint working in the body the way it is supposed to.” It is an energizing place to go!

Shake up your idea of a conventional gym and step into an outdoor minded approach. Alecia Williams works hard on getting her clients fit for out there. We run trails, cross train in winter and smile a whole lot. This is the greatest fitness experience I have ever had and it continues to suprise and challenge me!

I never thought I would love a gym as much as I love WILDR. Alecia's programming is varied, progressive, based in exercise science and tailored to my personal goals. The WILDR community is welcoming, encouraging, non-judgmental, and fun! Training at WILDR has taught me new skills, elevated my fitness, and inspired me to push my limits even further.

Alecia's programming is great! I participated in her 6 minute mobility challenge and it was really helpful at getting my body trying new movements and exploring my range of motion. I'm excited to see what other programs she comes up with!

Alecia at WILDR provides excellent training. Her videos are helpful, specific and challenging. Her programs are organized and easily accessible; it was very convenient getting daily emails. The 30 day mobility kick start was an amazing program that I would recommend to anyone looking to get into fitness or use as warm ups for current training programs.

I did Wildr's 8-week Prep for Hiking program at the beginning of the summer and it was the best decision I have ever made! I had a lot of backcountry trips planned and I was struggling to trust that my body could keep up. Alecia's dedication to my fitness goals was inspiring! Getting into good habits around moving my body in consistent ways and her curated program helped me have an incredible summer! Was the Rockwall trip still tough - yes! But I enjoyed every moment of it - huge thanks to Wildr Fitness!
