E	Ewen Erickson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome place to get some private gym time. There is never more than 10 people in there so it's a great option for anyone wanted pravicy. Definatly does not have all the fancy machines and stuff but it does have Joe Stockinger.

You can tell that the community members and volunteers care about this place, with reference to LOTS of signs and a few areas that have had TLC applied. After dropping in a couple of times I was able to speak with a few friendly people, including the icon and legend, Joe. There is a wide variety of machines and weights, a good portion of it is fairly old (pre-1990) and thrown together in areas. The prices are very low for a drop-in and memberships, as it is a good/low financial option to help keep the community healthy. Keep in mind, the building is very old and not very clean, but it does serve a need. It is definitely not a 5-star facility compared to city/corporate fitness facilities (more like 2-3 stars). This facility does have gender change rooms and single showers. Payment options are Cash and Cheque only. Self serve only, as there isn't an attendant on site.
S	Sean Relph on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a wonderful facility! Small bit very well thought out and executed with everything you need for all levels of fitness. Has an old school iron addicts kinda feel to it with steel dumbbells that clank when you pick them up. Good little cardio section, great multipurpose room with mats and bands, open 24 hours and you simply cannot beat the price! And once you meet Joe you'll never want to work out anywhere else!
